    1. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
    2. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of travel – 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
    3. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of travel – 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
    4. If the client does not appear at the time and place advised (“no show”) all monies paid will be non-refundable.
    5. Bookings with a value of $500 and over require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance to be paid prior to the hire unless otherwise arranged.
    6. If there are any changes or extra mileage added to the original booking other than what was agreed the client will be charged extra.
    7. No smoking is permitted in any vehicle.
    8. No alcohol or food is permitted in the vehicles (unless prior arrangement is made).
    9. Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and exterior of the vehicle on hire to them and will be charged accordingly to reinstate the vehicle to working order.
    10. When our core vehicle is not available, we may provide a sub-contracted vehicle of a similar quality.
    11. Our vehicles and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims.
    12. If there are any items left in our vehicles we will endeavour to return to the client as soon as possible.
    13. A tax invoice/receipt can be issued upon request – please ask your driver or contact us prior to booking.
